This is a very good place to live it includes way more in the appartment for the price than any other place that I have looked, and believe me I have looked. It is close to campus and five points. It has really good security. (including security units in each apartment)

As for the maintainance it depends on who your actual owner of the apartment is. The office staff cannot do anything without the owners permission, and the owner is not always so keen to get a dryer fixed that is still working even if it is struggling. Come on now would you''

The office staff is very polite, friendly and straight forward with you. I have never had a problem with reporting something in my unit. It may take the office staff a day or two but I can tell they are doing everything they can for me with in reason. My A/C went out and they gave me some fans to help cool the apartment something they definately didn't have to do. Also they have come to my appartment and showed me how to work things like the security alarm. The girl even showed me how to empty my tricky lint collector in the dryer. They do seem to have tons to do everytime I go in the office, but they were still willing to help.

I don't know about the whole security deposit thing but isn't that what a security deposit is for to make sure that you don't leave the apartment a mess, and it is illegal to take something out of your security deposit unless they have actually used that money to fix a problem. Therefore if you are really all that worried about them just taking your money go into the office and ask one of the girls if you can see a reciept for the security deposit and let them show you where every penny of it went. If you still have problems persue it but I am sure they aren't just pocketing the money.
