The management is dreadful...the worst I have ever seen...(Bob Capes)...and the elevators are often broken more than they are actually working...

The management does a decent job, these units are seperatly owned, and condos, which means that the management doesnt get to choose if an appliance is replaced rather than just repaired, or if new carpet is installed rather than just cleaned. As a law student at USC, I have enjoyed my apartment at Park Circle, and think that the management team do a pretty good job...comments like this one are probably written by angry residents who trashed their apartments then didn't get their security deposits back as a result of it.

This "informed" person obviously doesn't realize that the elevators and all other common areas are managed and maintained by Landmark Resources. Silly Goose.
