"Old and outdated," I believe best describes this building.

Each unit has an individual water heater, moreover many that have not been changed since this building's first opening. During my year here, 5 units flooded on my floor alone. If your unit has a new water heater, more than likely your apartment was previously flooded.

Secondly, management seems to focus on problems solely that verge on a state of crisis or emergency, such as the A/C failing or the door locks failing to work. But if your have a small issue such as needing a new window screen or replacement window blinds, these problems are addressed slowly. And for me, these problems have never been fixed.

ALSO, the train tracks are located directly behind this building's parking lot! The locomotive noise and the LOUD horn is harsh!

Ok, since when is train noise not a problem in Columbia??? This person should invest in some ear plugs, or appeal to the city of Columbia if they can't handle the noise?
