I have rented from Bob Capes for 1 1/2 years, and I am about to leave soon. School is over, and it is now time to move-on. I have been shopping in Greenville for a place, and Park Circle gives you the most bang for your buck.

I had a Washer/Dryer in-unit and free water utilities included with my rent. But for the same price in Greenville, you get no Washer/Dryer or comped water utilities. I did not now how awesome a deal Park Circle was giving me, until I shopped around for a washer and dryer. For both, it is easily close to a thousand dollars! And I have to now pay for water utilities! This really makes me wish I made my future plans in Columbia instead of Greenville.

Park Circle's maintenance was also very fast to replace and fix a broken door lock and water heater that went bad during my stay. They were always there the next day. And the custodian that maintains the grounds was always good about keeping the place very clean.

For a student looking for a good deal and an affordable place to stay, I highly recommend Park Circle! There is always plenty of parking, it is a short walk to USC, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating!
