Park Circle is a wonderful place to live. The location is perfect for students attending USC. The parking is plentiful and the building is secure. My unit was a two bedroom with two full closets and two full baths. The closets were huge considering the size of the condo. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and the fact that the unit included a dishwasher and garbage disposal was also great! There were many wonderful amenities. The only downside to the unit is the train that runs right behind the building. But, as far as I can tell, anywhere you live in downtown Columbia will be close to the train tracks.
