Parklane is a nice place to live and it is in a nice part of town that is convenient to almost everything. Mainatenance problems were taken care of in a timely manner -- usually within 24 hours unless the problem report was done on a Friday afternoon or Saturday and it was not a "big problem". Big problems like water leaks were handled sooner. My unit included a fireplace and that was really nice. IF I ever move back to Columbia, I hope they will permit me to have an apartment there again.
When I moved to Columbia, I wanted to rent for a year to get to know the area and decide where I wanted to live before buying a house. Unfortunately, I wasn't there that long.
