Hello to all reading the ratings for Parklane Apartments. My name is Sandy and I am the Community Manager here at Parklane Apartments. I have worked here for 9 years, the Maintenance Supervisor has been here for 10 years, and the Assistant Manager has been here just under 10 years. We are a very dedicated staff that wants to provide everyone with a clean, safe and enjoyable place to call home. We have not written any of the past reviews like suggested in the previous review written. I want to take this time to point out that the previous review that was written anonymously (TC), never once called our office concerned about any drug deals or living in the ghetto. We take any complaint received in our office very seriously and a complaint like that one would have received a lot of attention. Please don't base your opinion on just one bad untrue review. We hope that you will give us a chance and visit us here at Parklane Apartments. Thank you for your time.

go back to the wis news to see about the child molestor living in one of your apartments. He stalked the bus stops in a red volkswagen. He was arrested right there in parklane apartments. Get real and quit trying to hide the truth.

After reading this email I was concerned since I do live at Parkalne and this statement by you is incorrect. Maybe you should recheck the WIS News report before stating harsh rumors.

MAINTENCE SUCKS BIG TIME! THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING! THEY JUST TELL YOU THAT EVERYBODY APPLIANCE ARE BROKEN. THE ALSO LET MY A/C STAY BROKE FOR 3 DAYS WITHOUT FIXING IT. NOW THAT IS ALL TRUE!

I have to disagree with overpriceapts. Maint has always been prompt and repaired the problem properly or replaced it. As far as your AC being out 3 days, you apartently waited three days before you reported it, expecting them to be mind readers that it was not working.
