Although the apartments and grounds are nice, I think the overall value for your money is very poor. Maintance requests have taken weeks to be completed, bugs are a constant problem if you live on a ground floor apartment, and management seems unresponsive to the tenants. In the past, I have had to submit a request for repairs three times before complex personnel decided to actually fill out a work order. The work order than took three weeks to complete (we had exposed wiring in a bedroom and a bathroom light fixture which was broken prior to move in). Both milipedes and spiders come into the unit in droves. I cannot recall a day that I have not killed at least one of each. Of course daylight can be seen at the bottom of both my front door and balcony door, a problem which has been reported to management, repaired with weather stripping which came off within 24 hrs, reported again and no further repair attempts have been made. Another odd problem that we have had is noise. Although you cannot hear voices through the walls, alarm clocks, phones, and answering machines can be heard very clearly. We can hear these noises coming from both apartments with a common wall to ours as well as from the unit above.
Additional Problems: Ballparks across the street sometimes keep lights on unitl well after 10 p.m., not even mini blinds block out the light. Security gates are off line a good bit. Petwalk areas are not conveniently located. Management claims to fine you $50 every time you fail to scoop after your pooch (even though this is not part of the pet agreement)
