1) The Walls are too thin.
2) Staff is unfriendly and does not care about residents at all.
3) No deals when resigning lease.
4) Dumpster is located in an inconvienent spot, have to carry trash far away.
5) The place was built on a swamp, theres frogs everywhere, half of them run over by cars.
6) Floors are thin, can hear every movement upstairs.
7) The gate is slow and doesn't work a lot.
8) You will never ever be notified when packages sent to you are in the office.
9) Over priced for the quality.
10) Explained to staff that the thermostat is broken, mind you I have a pretty strong technical background, they told me it was "built for people in wheelchairs and that why it looks different."
11) Asked the staff if we could place a small garbage can at the mailboxes, for all the junk mail, they said no way, after i reasoned with them, they said okay, and then they never did it.
12) I invited a bunch of friends over to grill out, had all the food ready, go to the grill, and the propane tank was gone.
13) Otherwise, the place is tolerable.
