The front gate has been broken for going on three months. The last time that my air conditioner needed serviced, the maintenance guy left me a note that the thermostat needed replaced and I needed longer blinds. Well, six months later, the thermostat still needs replaced and the blinds haven't been replaced. They close the pool for a week every month, because they don't maintain it during the other three weeks of the month. The office staff is rude once you sign your lease. There is no courtesy officer, even though after hours the answering machine tells you to dial 4 to leave a message for one. This place used to be a nice place to live, but it is now terrible.
