Please reconsider if planning on moving here. Yes, they include the cable with the monthly rent however, I was charged from my cable company and the apartment complex. It's overpriced for low quality. Many, many problems are found here. Poor pest control. I had a wolf spider in front of my door hatching eggs to hundreds of spiders last night. The walkways are dirty. The sprinklers are located right in front of our porch and soaks the porch every night.POOR insulation!!!! You hear everything! The water pressure is low. I had the apartment look at it, and they said "there is nothing we can do about it". People hang out in the parking lot as if a block party were going on. I'm a professional needing a quiet place to live, and this place should not be your first choice. I agree as the other posts states, the office does not seem competent in effectively handling issues.

I'm also a resident here at Polo Village, and the majority of what he/she posted is correct (esp. the "block party" setting; individuals just sitting in the parking lots, "people-watching") The cable-internet "fix" has also been a disaster on my end as well. The management should have waited until June 1 to make sure everything was working correctly. The complex itself is nice - not great - but definitely NOT worth $700-800 per month (for a ONE bedroom). The office staff (as of MAY 2008) is OK. Gene (the maint. tech.) is great...very knowledgeable and courteous!!! The ladies in the front office are OK - as of now. I definitely miss CANDACE when I moved into the complex in the fall of 2007. Her kindness and generosity were genuine in my opinion. The ladies in the front office try "too hard" to be nice. As the person above noted, I am a young professional, and eventually, this complex will install the gates that everyone has been promised for SO LONG. High prices....but "not-so-high" quality. I think it's time for me to move.

I am a proud resident of Polo Village and I have been nothing but happy for the three years I have been here. I have had problems too, but you have those same problems no matter where you live. My problems were resolved promplty and Your right Gene is a wonderful!!!
