When I toured Polo Village I had an overwhelming sensation of being home. This sensation lasted until I signed the lease. After that the sweet and innocent girls in the leasing office became very unpleasant to work with. Just the other night there were guys smoking pot right outside in the parking lot!! (and no it was not Micheal Phelps) After that I had my car broken into recently b/c there is no gate surrounding the community (which is drawn in the brochures) and I can't get anyone to help me out from the Management team. The one thing that I have to say is good though is the maintenance of the community. I haven't been here long but I do want to keep everyone updated on whats going on after you sign the lease. Let the truth be told.

I've recently toured the community and it was wonderful, not only did I love it I signed my lease paperwork and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend Polo Village to all of my friends and co-workers who is interested in renting an apartment. I have not had any problems here.
