My fiancee and I lived there for two years and enjoyed it very much. The maintenace staff are real sweetie pies and get to everything in a timely manner. The floorplans are huge and there are always great move in specials. When we decided to move we were surprised to see that our 970 sq.ft apartment was other communities equivalent of a 2 bedroom apartment. Besides the apartment being 33 years old, the palmetto bugs, high electric bills, and old carpet, it is a nice place to live. We have never had any problems with the neighbors and on more than one occasion have left our door unlocked and nothing happened (I don't recommend that by any means).

I lived at Quail Run appartments in Columbia, S.C. for 8 months and had a terrrible pest(roaches), problem. I complained several times and the staff was extremely slow to respond. I also advised the staff about several torn screens and windows that were painted shut but no one responded to my complaint. When I moved out of the apartment on 6 June I was told that my deposit of $99.00 will be mailed to me and it is now 28 July and I have not received it yet. I even called the office and spoke to them about it and was told that they will send it but it isn't here yet.
