i have lived in Quail Run for 11 months now and im looking for my new home. in the last 2 months my wife and i have heard gun shots from the trail park across the street. Saw the cops over there 2 weeks ago making a big bust. still hearing gunn shots. My apt is big though lots of room for all the roachs to spread out. the dinning room is not a usable space my table takes up the entire area. My apt is up stairs my electric bill hit 250 a month over the summer a/c blasting and it was over 85 in my apt. called office complined they sent people to repair after 3 trips someone put freon in but no improvement. Was told all the up stairs apts get like that. right now march 31st its 9pm and its over 80 in my apt a/c been on for last 4 hours... maint staff comes and goes into your apt as they please no advance notice no respect for privacy, even after telling them not to come in unless im home. they sent their hired gun(resident officer) to my door cliaming i was driving to fast, i have seen the maint staff do 30mph or more. the groups of kids the move through the neighbor hood is alittle disturbing. notice given last month stating several motor cycles had been stolen at night gate does no good. every body knows the codes to get in. so many more bad experinces but i have to find new home so no more time to talk about them.
