I have noticed a drastic change since the new owner of Quail run Apartment Home took over. Responses to work orders and security issues are prompt. Sincerely, things are getting better. In addition to a very professional and nice staff, Quail run has been always a safe apartment home and still. However the issue of kids running arround and gathering in certain stairways need to be addressed. I am sure something is beeing done.
