Quail Run was sold in April of 2006.

The new owners are contracting for shrubbery removal and trimming, wood replacement, buildings to be painted and new roofs.

The swimming pool will have new pumps and a new pool deck.

We have added new fitness equipment.

We are planning to add additional street lighting.

Exciting things are happening at Quail Run Apartments.
