Pros and cons

I moved in this apt complex in January 2007. Here are the pros and cons of this apt so far.

Pros. Large space for its rent, management office is open even on Sundays.

Cons. Bad community, loud music all day long, even in the midnight. Thin walls easily allow the noise to transmit to next doors. Outdoor lightings were re-installed, but I don't think it is enough.

Overall, if you expect a queit environment, this is the last apt. to stay. If you don't care, the room itself is not so bad for the monthly rent.
