More space for the money and the complex being advertised as a "gated community" is what sold my rommie and I on Quail Run.
The staff was helpful up until the point the lease was signed.
The "courtesy officers" that I called repeatedly due to the constant early am domestic disturbances upstairs never responded.
I ended up calling Richland County officers about 5 times before those psychos moved out.
So don't let the fact that two officers live on the premises be encouraging.
The model they show you is nothing like what you end up with.
The repairs they promise won't get done until you moan and groan for months.
The lawncare seems to not get done.
The grass was knee high a few weeks ago.
They finally trimmed some of the shrubbery(first time I've seen it done since March) a few weeks ago.
One would think they'd pick up the trimmings...no, they just leave them piled up.
The gate has not worked the majority of the time I've lived here allowing some very undesireable traffic through the complex.
I'd never reccomend this place to anyone and can't wait til my lease is up.
Somewhere smaller, newer, and actually maintained will be worth the moving expenses!

I'm about to take them to court. I moved out and they need to pay for the crap service they offer. If you want to make a statement to help you out of your lease, send it to usarmyscout19d@yahoo.com
