The apartments are really spacious for the price and on first glance everything looks fine. After living there for a few months, we started to notice that the "white" on our shower walls was flaking off. It was merely painted with black mold.

There are several air ducts in the apartment, however only one of them is actually hooked up to air-conditioning. This causes quite an issue, as we had to keep the air on constantly in order to cool the entire apartment. They are also poorly insulated and we were quite cold in the winter and, as I said, it's difficult to keep cool in the summer.

The enormous windows are great for natural lighting, but also make it difficult to notice there is no lighting in the bedrooms or living room when you're touring. (We turned on the light switch in the living room the first evening we were there and realized that they were hooked up to the wall outlets, not lighting.)

The management is friendly.

This apartment complex either needs updated or the price lowered. I paid about the equivalent of half of my rent on electric every month. This is turning the lights off when we left and keeping the windows and doors shut all day. Just not worth it.

whoever you are you are crazy. raintree is awesome. you probably dont pay your rent on time or something so all you want to do is talk bad about raintree. cus you get charged a late fee. no one ever complains about them. and you got mold because you dont clean your shower or toliets. you got to clean them in order to get the mold off.
