raintree apartments is the best place i have ever lived the managment is so nice and they do a great job, maintence is awesome and on top of things, very spacious apartments and the pool is great and so peaceful. although parking can be a bit diffucult at times unless you have a carport. i would recommed to live here i have lived here for 5 years and have not had any problems with anything. everyone is very friendly but also kept to them selfs. i love the ladies in the office. they make you feel like you are at home and always welcoming here at raintree. i have never seen them paint over mold. you just have to clean you tubs and toliets and sinks because if you dont then you get mold duh common sense people. My tub did start flaking but they took care of it right away and it started flaking because i am a clean freak and i like to make sure it is clean so i scrubed to hard on my tub. they are old apartments but they look realy good for how old they are. they do need a upgrade, we all know how the econmy is now today. times are hard and the management is doing all they can to help everyone there. it is very safe to live there. nuthing ever happens. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
