Very quite...even with kids around.The only downside is the Bathrooms need to
upgraded and the sliding doors needs upgrading.Oh if you dont like cats you may want to look somewhere else(alot of cats) but quite and nice!!!

I agree, very nice place to live. About the cats, yes there are a lot, but they pretty much stay around the parking lots near the woods. Most run from people but a few are friendly. The upside is there are no rodents, snakes, giant roaches, or other pests as long as the cats are around.
