I was fooled by the name of the complex. This complex is dirty most of the time, especially in the stairway and near the mailboxes. The entrance door to my building was broken for about a month. My microwave broke and it took them almost two weeks to put a new one in. I had a stain on my carpet when I moved in and was told to just cover it with a piece of furniture! I told them I wanted the stain removed and that wasn't removed until about two weeks later. The apt. was not cleaned before I moved in. There were cigarette butts still on the patio and there was hair all over the tub. The person before me obviously had a dog. Dog hair was on anything that was placed on the floor. The carpet was FILTHY. The tenant above me had a dog. I could hear the dog running around at night and during the day. It felt as if he was going to come through the floor. Needless to say, I broke my lease and bought a home. The cost of the rent there is about the same as my monthly house payment.
