We are at the Reserves and have had an awful time with the staff and the empty promises. For years we have waited for the "canoes" and only last year we got paddle boats that cannot be used on the main lake. We can paddle in circles in the run-off next to the buildings. The pool is dirty (water looks clean but the floor and sides are gross); additionally, the billiard room has broken sticks and "state of the art work out center" is a joke. Rent is too high, bikes get stolen, people do not pick up their dog mess... and the award-winning schools they boast about are no longer zoned. My carpet appeared clean on the first walk through; however, once the carpet dries all the previous owners' stains are visable. I have had our carpets cleaned multiple times and nothing helps. Our heating and air conditioning are not regulated properly so its either freezing or way too hot. We have nothing included in our rent so all the utilities water and regular stuff is in addition to your rent. (Yes that includes sewar at a prorated amount that you will not even come close to using.) I have people above me that can easily out stomp any herd of elephants... and no matter what you do to TRY to get the community better... it falls on deaf ears. Save yourself the hassle and move else-where. When our lease is up we're all moving-

For the love of God DO NOT try to break your lease early. I did and was completey drug through the ringer. They made me pay for things I should not have had to such as a $40 water/sewer bill for 2 and 1/2 months WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN LIVE THERE ANYMORE! Then when I came back to do my walk through there were "mystery" stains that WERE NOT there when I left. I was then forced to pay to replace the ENTIRE carpet in my WHOLE apartment. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER rent here.
