We lived here for over two years and have seen management change a handful of times. There is a drug problem that is being ignored by the management and the apartments are so over priced it is NOT WORTH moving your family here. We cannot seem to get management to be honest. The brocure promised canoes two years ago. Now we have paddle boats that cannot go on the Lake; additionally, they have to stay in the retention portion aside of the Lake... who wants that' The pool is uncontrollable and has tons of people who do not live there swimming and tearing the place up. The pool room, at night, is full of young kids (teens) acting foolish and being rude. There was never any propane in the tanks, nor do they clean the pool. I mean clean it- anyone can skim the pool... all summer long there were dead bugs and sand on the bottom of the pool- its gross. -----, the newest version of a manager, is one of the most unprofessional, childlike people we have ever delt with. Save your money- go elsewhere. The school you would be zoned for is Rice Creek- don't let the name fool you- there's no Lake Carolina here. As a matter of fact people have left based on this reason alone. I know of two sets of parents who moved because the apartments were zoned out. I cannot stress to the renter how aful the Reserves are... they might look great at first glance... do not judge a book by its cover. Try the Enclaves in Blythewood.

I could not agree more. I have had a HORRIBLE experience. ----- was not helpful and I was completely screwed by the Reserve. DON'T RENT HERE!
