I have stayed here for a couple of months and my stay hasn't been the greatest. Now, I have no complaints about the staff (as of yet), but I'm curious as to why my water bill is almost $40 a month. I've rented from apartment complexes before and water/sewer doesn't cost that much! Also, my neighbors stomp uncontrollably! I hate it! Then when you confront them, they always have some lame a** excuse. If you tell management, they will claim to talk to them, but I doubt that they do. For the money, it isn't worth it. That's why I'm moving out ASAP. As a matter of fact, I am headed to an apartment complex right now in order to move. Also, it is sooooooooo far away from the interstate. It takes like ten minutes........on top of the horrible traffic in this area......that's another ten minutes....shop around before you sign the dotted line.
