I have been living here for about 4 months now and I have had an overall good experience. I've read through all the other reviews and some of these things are hard to believe! The staff is always easy to work with when I stop by the office or call. I have had a few minor maintenance issues since I moved in, but the maintenance staff has always taken care of everything. What office staff do you deal with? I have had packages lost, had Tessa, the manager blatantly lie to me. Also, due to a malfunctioning AC unit (that I have been calling about since April, along with a running toilet) I have had SCE&G bills over $175 two months in a row for a two bedroom apartment. The complex itself is nice, but due to them lowering rent prices to the $500's for a one bedroom it has brought a horrible crown in this past year. A prime example would be the $250,000 drug bust earlier this year.
