Richland Terrace has turned into a safe haven for thug wanna be kids 25 and under. They drive around with music blasting in cars they run all over the campus and take over the pool in the summertime. They shoot at each other. there have been two shootings in the year that the recent manager took over. I just heard that the city inspector was here yesterday. they decided to charge us for water and sewage and did not give 30 days notice and they gave out our ss# to the water company without our permission. I go to the laundry matt in town because the machines i the laundry room barely work and then there are kids in there smoking weed while you trying to wash clothes so now you have to wash all over again so you can get that smell out.

i have lived here since 2005 and a lot have changed I'm a quiet person who keeps to myself and dont bother no one. and while i do like the staff they are not keeping this place up to par like zizi had it when she was here. All but one maintenance man don't have a clue what they are doing and have you been to the laundry room near 42A nothing has been done to that one they never work and I was given the same complaints on the other end and I do report everything to eve I don't like a lot of noise so when it happens i report it right off the back. and this place is not that huge.

I have lived here around for several years now and I disagree. This place is huge so of course your going to have issues and that is apartment living so deal with it. I enjoy the space, the private patio, and the professional staff. They have done alot to try and improve the property and make it more appealing to us tenants. I also saw where there was a shooting but do the math. If people bring in their crazy, ghetto friends well what is to be expected. I always report suspicious activity to the office so they can let Richland County know. Crime is everywhere but it is how you react and the preventitive measures you take that keep you safe. I saw them painting the laundries and cleaning them several times so I know they are trying but once again the kids need to reported so they can catch them.
