I HAVE LIVED AT RIVERGATE FOR 8 MONTHS. I DID A 9 MONTH LEASE AND I WILL NOT BE RENEWING!!!! I HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT A TENAT ABOVE ME. SHE HAS PARTIES EVERY WEEKEND. THERE ARE PEOPLE RUNNIG IN AND OUT OF THE APARTMENT USING PROFANITY. SHE PLAYS HER MUSIC LOUD. I HAVE HAD THE CITY POLICE OUT THERE 3 TIMES AT 3 IN THE MORNING. I NOTIFIED THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND WAS TOLD I WOULD NEED TO WRITE A STATMENT AND HAVE COPIES OF ALL 3 POLICE REPORTS. THAT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY!!! THEY SUCK!!!!! I PAY 719.00 A MONTH AND I WILL NOT CONTINUE TO PAY TO LIVE IN AN UPSCALE GHETTO!!!
