I do not recommend living at Rivergate

I lived at Rivergate for 9 months and did not renew my lease.
First of all, at the end of my lease, my rent was raised by more than $50 per month if I wanted to renew.
Although I had not major problems there, I found the management to be highly unresponsive to any complaints or issues.
The hot tub worked rarely, the gates were hardly ever closed, the elipsis machine did not work the whole time I was there, and the TV in the exercise room worked sporadically and the remote was missing and never replaced.
Some of these things are small, but I was struck by managements total lack of responsiveness to our needs and complaints.
I would NOT recommend living at Rivergate because it is overpriced and I feel that it is not a very caring establishment.
