I have read some of the reviews posted on this website and have to strongly disagree with most of them. True the gate has had its problems but from what I have gathered the office staff stays on top of things. I work at night and am at home during the day so I have the oppertunity to see more of what happens on the property. The gate repair man seems to be out quite frequetly doing repairs to the gate, and when I asked the lady in the office about it she said that thay have lots of problems with people hitting the gate. As a mattter of fact the gate seems to have been working consistantly for the past few months. Maybe my fellow residents need to be a little more carefull with them.
As far as maintenance staff goes they are very friendly guys. I havent really had but one maintenance issue the 8 months I have been here but he took care of the problem in a very timely manner, I was inpressed.
Office staff is fun and outgoing,I always look foward to picking up my packages and eating their fresh baked cookies.
