good location, horrible management

Good location--close to downtown, etc. But, the management is terrible and they are very slow to respond to any problems that you may have. I've only lived there for 4 months and our AC has been broken 3 or 4 times. Once they finally get around to looking at it, they only temporarily fix it, so my energy bills still run very high because they can't fix something correctly the first time. I've spoken to other people who currently live in the complex and they have similar complaints. Don't waste your time looking here--it's not worth it to waste your time and energy trying to get the mgmt. to listen to you and fix things!
