I lived here 2001-2002. Rivergate boasts itself as a "premier gated community", but the reality is that the security gates are rarley closed. Management is horrible and very slow to respond to any requests or complaints. Noise is also a problem that mgmt. fails to address. Don?t even get me started about the facilities! My a/c unit was constantly broken and extremely loud. It constantly ran (very loudly) even though it rarley worked! What?s worse, when it came time to renew my lease (which I did not do), they tried to raise my rent by almost $100.00! Don?t waste your time or money here. If you do, you will only be left with disapointment and regret. I hate this place and am so glad to finally be out of there!
