I've had no problems

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
The only issue still is with the Gate Being broken all the time. But AC works great. The Ac was broke but came in and fixed it within a reasonable time period the AC works wonderfully now never been so cool. Maybe they need to think about a discount for a non working security gate instead of bragging on a secure apartment complex as a selling point.
