I have lived at Rivergate for one year. I love living here!I find it peaceful and I feel safe. My apartment has a lovely view of the river. In the fall I can see the river from the spillway to the bridge. I am writing because before I moved here,I read negative things about Rivergate. I have not experienced any of the things that I read about. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am happy to return home from work each day. Rivergate is a well kept secret in Columbia.
I highly suggest living at Rivergate if you are looking for an apartment "HOME".

This review reads like it was posted by a staff member. What normal person calls it an apartment "HOME" or say that an apartment is a "well kept secret?" This sounds more like an ad than anything.

This is bs...not true at all...must have been someone at the management level writing it to up the percentage level. Does sound like an ad...
