not a good place to call "home"

I have lived at Rivergate for a few months and absolutely hate it.(1)The gate is broken all the time ( its currently broken for the 5th week in a row ).
The apartments are located near an unsafe place so the gate is REALLY NEEDED.
(2) The walls are paper thin, I can hear everything my neighbors below, above and beside me do.
I have even called the police complaining about noise at all hours of the night.
People also drive through Rivergate blasting music at all hours of the night.
(3) The bugs are ridiculous both outside and inside the apartments.
The ants climb on the walls, in the bathtub, and on the sofa.(4) The staff has not done anything to improve these problems.
They probably wrote the previous comments.
If you want to live in a peaceful neighborhood with professional people and quiet apartments DON'T MOVE TO RIVERGATE!!!
