I've been here for 2 1/2 years! Why!'! I don't know! They let just anyone in. It's sooo ghetto! Cops have been called many nights, neighbors are very loud and children run around like it's their backyard (in parking lot)! The managment is not very nice. Not willing to accomodate anyone or uphold any rules/regulations! Starting Jan. 1, the office will not accept packages bc they do not want to be liable for any lost packages. That tells you they are not organized. They do not care for their residents! Also, it's too expensive and the apartments are not upkept! They say they'll fix the carpet and change air filters and all that stuff and only do it when you request it and not on a regular basis! My carpet is nasty and they won't do anything about that! Trust me, not a good place to live! Oh and like everyone else says, the gate doesn't work. It's hardly closed and even if it is, someone always runs in behind you and gets in. They just wait there, preyin on you to get in. You have to park in BFE to get to your apt...never enough parking! Also when your neighbor tells you they saw someone breaking into someone's apt because they forgot their key and the management lets it slide because it was a friend at the complex, BS! Not safe.
