Don't move into Rivergate

I should have paid attention to these reviews before I moved in.
I lived there six months. The gate, which is advertised as something which aids in security, hardly ever works or is left open when it is operating. There are always outsiders sneaking in or hanging out waiting for a resident to open the gate (on the few times the gate is actually working).
I had someone attempt to break into my apartment once and my car once, damaging the locks. My mailbox was also ripped open and mail stolen. Several of the washer/dryers do not work, yet there is no note on them to warn you. Some of the exercise equipment was not been operational the entire time I was there. The hot tub is nasty.
There is often garbage overflowing from the dumpsters. As for the management staff, they are always smiling as long as you are writing a check, so don't be deceived.
Location is not so great as well as it is impossible to make a left turn on to the main road at the blinking light.
Keep looking at other apartments.
