All the reviews I've been reading are kind of old. The gate works with no issues as far as I can see. And they're upgrading a lot of the apartments. I rented one about a month ago after living in one of the standard apartments for over a year. I do like it here. The management has always been nice to me, but then again I pay my rent on time. :) They are talking about upgrading the fitness center too--or so I've heard. The price is not bad for a brand new apartment on the river....not bad at all. I have recommended Rivergate to a couple of my friends who live here and like it too. My electric bill is a lot less than what it was when I lived in another apartment complex nearby. They are really well insulated. So, say what you want to, but I like it here.

This has OBVIOUSLY been posted by the staff of Rivergate. The staff changed when I moved out - most deservingly, and because of PM company change. If you want to pay prices like this, I'd suggest living in a NEW apartment - not an old and upgraded one.

I PAY MY RENT ON TIME, ACTUALLY EARLY, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN THE TIME OF DAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY NICE IF YOU ARE GIVING THEM MONEY, BUT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU. CHECK YOUR PRICES AROUND, B/C RIVERGATE IS OVER PRICED FOR THE CRAP APTS YOU GET. EVEN THE "UPGRADED" OLD APTS ARE NASTY. I THOUGHT A GATE WAS SUPPOSED TO KEEP PEOPLE OUT? YET PEOPLE SNEAK IN AND WAIT IN THEIR CARS UNTIL THE GATE OPENS. THEY WILL NEVER UPGRADE THE FITNESS CENTER, THEY ARE SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY ON FILING THE BACK OF THE COMPLEX FACING WOODS WITH DIRT AND RAILROAD TIES. NO ONE CAN SEE BACK THERE, YET THEY ARE THEY ARE MAKING IT LOOK LIKE A LANDSCAPED MANSION. WONDER WHY THE RENT AND WATER BILL GOES UP? THEY NEED MORE MONEY TO BLOW.
