I would just like to say to everyone who has written a review that every place you go is not perfect. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have not had not one problem with this apartment community. I have lived at some worst and unsafe places here in columbia. This is the first community where there is a courtesy attendant on site and even some of the management staff lives here. What complex do you know of that has management living on site' You will rarely find that. Also, there are a couple of residents here that have been living here for about 20 years. They love it and so do I!!!!!!!! Yes, I have seen different managers come and go but that's not the community's fault. The management that is there now is very professional and great people. They have an event for us each month and last month they had a MEET AND GREET. They are doing things that have not been done in a long time. People who critize this place are the ones that don't attend these events and don't want to look at the positive things this community has to offer. Every person is different so you have to find a place that is right for you. I've found my place and it's Riverwind!!!!

Yeah, ummm, either your apart of management or some older person who probably considers any non-assistant living community a 5 star place to live. Yeah, those are the only people that have been at Riverwind for 10 years or more. I can't comment on the new management, but please, don't make this place sound more glamorous than what it really is.
