Nothing changed as far as losing a manager every six to 12 months.

It would be nice to have a manager that has training to work with the HUD residents.
Every manager we've had in the past 3years has had no training or knowledge of the paper work or commication with the residents.
Landscape still needs improvement. Trees need to be trimmed in front of Apartments.
Gutters need to be cleaned and the problem with squirrels is getting out of hand.
