I lived here for about nine months and moved out due to a relocation. Had I stayed in Columbia, I would've stayed in these apartments.
The apartments were clean and in very good condition; frankly, I was suprised that I found an apartment of this quality for the inexpensive price. I had a little difficulty getting a few things fixed, but they were minor repairs - I knew that, if something like my air conditioner or plumbing needed help, they would be out there immediately.
The community itself is fairly quiet. A safety officer lives on the premesis and does patrol the area frequently - and even does his best to control the parking situation, which can get out of hand a little bit. I never had any problems with noisy neighbors; most of them kept to themselves.
I got a 45-pound dog after living there for a month, and the office made signing the neccessary paperwork easy. I would highly suggest this apartment for a dog owner. There is a 100-lb weight limit and plenty of grass to run around in!
