Poor foundation beneath apt buildings...holes that allowed insects direct access into the apt.
Toilet would NEVER flush. Long ride...dad had to use the bathroom... toilet wouldn't flush. Maintenance workers were not qualified to make repairs and as a result were unable to fix my freakin' toilet. Having a bad toilet is NOT good.
Parking...outside people taking up parking spaces prevented me from even parking in front of my apt. NOT enough space for visitors.
Residential manager (1997-2000) was a POOR excuse for a res. manager.
Dangerous fire that is still under investigation. Above mentioned res. mgr. was extremely unhelpful during fire.
I do not recommend this place.
