Residents are apparently allowed to play ridiculously loud music that will shake all of your floors and drown out your television at all hours of the day and night. We had few problems with this when we first moved in but after a few months it was a problem with nearly everyone in our building. (and I am talkin LOUD w/ subwoofers)

Don't let the fact that there is a courtesy office fool you - he apparently doesn't do anything. If you have a problem, even a small one like someones car alarm going off every 15 minutes the WHOLE night long (which happens) or obnoxiously loud music at 1 am (regular)- call him, he will tell you to call the police...even though he is a cop...

The office staff are nice but they certainly won't request/require the residents to keep the noise down.

We haven't caused problems but it seems like the good tenents get overlooked so the rude ones can be disrespectful.

Other than the noise and the fact that the buildings are very old we have not had problems and we like the size of the apartments. ...if the sound issue doesn't get resolved its not worth the rent.
