it's quiet, safe and large and although it is not the most aesthetically pleasing apartment, it is well maintained. As goes with living in the south and in any apartment you may find a roach here and there, but we can count on 1 hand how many we have seen in 6 months. I've heard of nicer complexes with big roach problems (St. Andrews Commons). Pest control is available here and we have used it as well as taken our own precautions which seems to be working. Background checks are done so if you have a misdemeanor don't bother applying it will make you ineligible. The water/sewer/trash is about $37 a month and our electric hasn't been over $129, we live on the 1st floor.
