I live here and let me tell you, I have been trying for a month to get repairs done that have not been done. Then, we have a water leak in the hall bathroom and this has been going on since Sunday and I can get no one to do anything. They come up with some kind of excuse to cover themselves. This is not fair to the residents the are living here. We pay our rent on time and it is not fair to be treated this way. There is water standing in the creeks that drain to the detention pond. When it rains heavly, water stands, I would say, waist deep in the detention pond for days. The drainage system needs to be checked. At the car wash, you have to climb up on a brick colum to turn the water on. The tennis courts are suppose to be lit, NOT. The lights do not work. The pump in the pool is not on half of the time. It is always one problem after another. It took the repair guy 6 times to fix the water valve for the washing machine.

I lived there back in 01-01 - glad to see the lights still dont work on the tennis court. I tried for over a month, and they kept telling me "thats odd, they were on yesterday". According to the office, the lights only worked during the day. I think that was the Sun they were thinking of. Besides that, I did have a good experience overall - loved the raquetball court.
