Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I am going on my second year living in this apartment. The first year was smooth and I realized why. I never complained about anything. Then I move into another apartment with St. Andrews and all kinds of problems arise. Maintenance does not seem to care at all. They are slack and don't seem to want to help you or your problem. Not only that but water settles in the ditches that have not been cleaned out and the water is stale, moldy, and causing mosquitoes to breed. Motorcyclist are allowed to ride up and down the sidewalks. Huge dogs are allowed to roam around without leases. What happens to little kids that might come in contact with the dogs' BE CAREFUL!
