I used to live at St Andrews Commons last year. I only lived there for 4 months, but in those four months a had several minor problems and only one was ever taken care of. The management in the office always had excuses or would say they would have the maintenance people come fix it and no one would ever show up. After a friend moved in and took over my lease, they found out the the management never told the maintenance people about the problems in that apartment. I still have friends who live there and I go visit often and the place has gone downhill and the management still gives excuses but are very nice to your face. Now they have standing water where the thousands of mosquitos have invested themselves and you can't even go outside without getting eatten. Have they heard of the West Nile Virus! Obviously not.

The management there will tell you all the good things about the apartment just to get you in and then will never live up to there promises. If you are someone looking for an apartment please be sure to bybass St Andrews Commons. You stay there will be nothing but a headache.
