My lease is almost up and thank you God. The apartment staff acts friendly when you move in and in such a hurry to show the place, and then when minor repairs need to be done they are so quick to get you off the phone. Their favorite words are " We are sending maintenance out today." Well where is maintenance coming from, Africa because they sure haven't arrived at my apartment yet and not at several others residents either. Please don't move here unless you have a degree or years of experience in maintenace, or live with it. My closet racked stayed broke for 3 months and when they came to fix it, they did not notify me and drilled all over my suede boots and clothing.
