My experience here was horrible. They managment is horribly rude and obnoxious, they treat their tennants as if they are children. There were so many leaks and other maintenance problems that were not only not addressed but were completely ignored. After many of the leaks occured, and the carpet was not vacuumed and we developed mold, which they denied and refused to fix.

So many things drew us to the apartment complex - the relatively low rent guareenteed by the person we signed with (a month later the rent was raised $100), the secure and gated community (the gate you enter is rarely closed allowing anyone to enter and the exit gate will sometime trap you so you can't get out), the 24 hour Emergency line (where we called 5 times for leaks and they never responded), and lastly the panic button that was promised to be in each room by the person that showed us the apartment and later signed it (which turned out to only be in one room, and wasn't in a room that also didn't have a bedroom lock).

The complex is a disaster with no parking and a rude staff. The prices aren't worth the atmosphere or anything else.

The management is irresponsible, and often unwilling to admit mistakes and take responsibility for their own mistakes - including "forgetting" to report a leak that was reported which caused repair to take over a month on all occasions and sometimes up to 3 months.

My roommate and I hated the apartment and could not wait to get out when our lease was up. DO NOT live here!

I totally disagree..There are panic buttons in all rooms and there is a wonderful office staff that does everything possible to ensure the happiness of their residents. That is why i have been here for 8 years. My husband and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is a beautiful Community. I think the people that are talking bad about it must have just owed rent and never paid so they were forced to move or they wanted an excuse to move becaus ethey couldn't afford it. Come on, speaking of them treating you like a child, you are acting like one by posting rude and untrue comments.

I don't understand how they raised the rent on you. Once you sign a lease they are obligated by that price. They can only raise rent once your orignal lease has expired.
