I have lived here for about 6 months now and have never had any issues here. I too moved here from another state so I can understand this other persons shock to now have to pay for certain utilities that I never had to before (i.e.-water/sewer/trash) but than again, the young lady in the office explained how the utilities work and even gave me a ballparked estimate on how much to expect every month.

All in all this is a great place to live. The grounds were always clean and well kept. The pool/pool area was always clean and the water clear. The maintenance staff have always been polite and fixed my problem within a reasonable time frame. And the girls in the office are alway quick to resolve any issue that came up. I never had a bug issue in my apartment but no matter where you live, your going to have an occasional water bug visitor.

I will be renewing my lease for another 14 months because of it!
